This is what some happy Ozpig owners have to say:
Hi Assunta,
The dumpling stew has never tasted better than cooked on the Ozpig. The dumplings are fantastic. We have had many a great weekend evening cooking on our Ozpig we have even done kebabs, then the casserole, then desert. Not a bad way to have fondu!
Regards
S. Hay
Dear Allan,
We have already used our Ozpig twice. Once in the bush as soon as we got home to cook Tacos, and then we had a lovely casserole at home in the camp oven on Sunday night. The Ozpig worked wonderfully on both occasions.
When we used it in the bush, as we weren't camping, I thought that we might have to leave it for our friends to bring home the next day. As soon as we had finished dinner and while everyone was doing the dishes I emptied the coals out of the Ozpig. It was ready to pack up within half an hour. This was wonderful.
Thankyou for a TERRIFIC Australian product. It is just what I have been looking for.

Hi Allan,
I was most impressed with your presentation of the attributes of the Ozpig camp oven at the Maitland Camping and Leisure show. On my return to Taree I had time to think about how it would benefit for my outdoor cooking and heating skills at home and when camping. I felt that the Ozpig provides the flexibility, simplicity and unique design which sold me on your product and I am now seeking to order the Ozpig for my own array of camp cooking equipment and outdoor heating needs. I look forward to your reply and confirmation of my order.
Kind regards

Allan and Assunta,
Just wanted to thank you very much for a very informative and creative product, even though we have only just ordered with you today at the show, we are so looking forward to using it ourselves.
This is such a great idea and will be looking forward to showing this to others on our travels. Also looking forward to the possiblity of forwarding new orders you way.
Thanks again

Hi Allan & Assunta
We bought our Ozpig in Echuca recently and are very happy with it!
We have been using it under our camper trailer awning, and have found with the addition of 3 ea. 600mm lengths of exhaust pipe (the first section "offset" by 200mm) , that the heater now sits under the awning roof and the flue clears the canvas and exhausts above the awning ... works great under our covered patio at home too!
We are interested to see what your diffuser looks like and how it physically attaches to the top of the Ozpig, as we found that it would have been handy to have a second warming area.

Hello Allan and Assunta,
We saw Paul and Libby at Emerald Agrow and purchased one off them, we really had to see for ourselves before buying and were totally impressed with the set up.
That night Noel set it up on the back verandah for 2 hours and we were kept warm, it hardly used any wood and we just so happened to have some bananas and chocolate so wrapped them up and Ozzie did our dessert for us.
We are really happy with our purchase and our friends seem to love it too, we can't wait to really test it out camping and finally christen it in September when we go up north.
Thanks for the great communciation and Paul and Libby for the big sell, the camp oven roast they had going that day made it more appealing.
Thanks heaps
Noel and Tamara
Good Morning,
Just letting you know that I picked up a ozpig from D & D Mechanical at Goolwa on Saturday...camp oven lamb roast Saturday night..eggs and backon for Sunday breaky...and lamb again for lunch, all on the pig. All I can say is I reckon it's a bloody ripper and reckon I'm sson to have a lot of jealous camping mates.
Thanks for such a great product.
all the best,

Hello Assunta & Allan,
Thank you for the Ozpig or bush pig ( our name for it)
We have just bought one today in Melbourne ( Sunday) We just had to use it straight away. Joe set it up on our front deck while I made pizza dough. Yes, we just had to experiment first with pizza.
We used what utensils we had on hand, a small le Cruiset pan & pot. pizza went in the small pan on the top plate with the pot over the top. (upside down camp oven I guess) the first one burnt a bit on the bottom but the next 2 pizzas were fantastic! Crisp on the base & perfect melted cheese on the top.
Weren't we happy sipping wine eating fresh pizza & warming out toes by the fire, what a great finish for the day. Oh & then we put the coffee pot on the top to make an expresso. We will continue to find new ways of cooking just need to buy a camp oven & wok to fit. Joe is so excited about this wonderful multi use product.
Kind Regards

Hi Allan and Assunta,
We have had our Ozpig for 18 months now and we have had a lot of successful meals that have been cooked on the Ozpig in conjunction with a camp oven, and a Coleman Oven.
Our addition to our camping equipment with the Ozpig has been very enjoyable. He is a pleasure to take away as he takes up very little space, he does not eat much, does not back chat and can cook a mean meal. The perfect camping companion. And he also generates a lot of interest and conversation from other campers.
Our Ozpig has been welcome at all caravan parks in Northern/Western Australia that we have stayed in because he does not smoke - well not much.. and he does not leave behind a mess.
We have cooked bread, cakes, scones, scalloped potatoes, roasts, mean pieces of steak, multiple desserts, egg and bacon jaffles and still experimenting with other recipes. These have all been done either direct on the flame with trivet, in camp oven or with the Coleman Oven.
We have introduced our fellow campers to OZPIG and they have all purchased them and our camp is now being overrun with Ozpig's and we have lined them all up, put them back to back and in circles and it certainly has cut down on the firewood required to keep the camp warm.
We have since retired our "H" burner BBQ as Ozpig has now taken the fore on our cooking equipment and fire. We now only carry a small amount of wood opposed to heavy awkward and hard to clean BBQ and gas bottle.
I can honestly say that he will be the first thing packed when we prepare for our next adventure next year and every other camping adventure that we have.
Cheers
Greg and Chris Boyer
