Boss Hogs Easy Chicken Hotpot
Ingredients
- 2x Tabs Oil
- 8x Chicken Drumsticks
- 1x Chopped Onion
- 3x Cloves crushed Garlic
- 3x slices Bacon Chopped or Proscuitto
- 1x Small Carton chicken stock
- 1x tin Chopped Tomatoes with Basil & Garlic
- 1x small Jar Tomato Paste
- A few olives
- Basil Leaves
- 1x Tab brown sugar (opt)
Directions
- Heat your camp oven with oil on the ozpig
- Brown onions, garlic & Bacon or Prosciutto
- Then brown chicken drumsticks
- Add all other ingredients
- You can cook on top of the ozpig for 1 hour or
- Slow cook on the side for 4 hours
- You can add wine, or you drink it, anything you like.
