1. Mix the eggs together with the cream (or milk).
2. Grease the BBQ plate with a small amount of butter.
3. Quickly dip the bread fully into the egg mixture ensuring both sides are coated.
4. Place each slice of bread straight on to the heated BBQ plate and cook each side until golden brown.

Tips

1. Delicious with tomato sauce and cooked bacon for a savoury flavour, or if you are a sweet tooth - sprinkle with Icing sugar or Maple Syrup.
