- Combine 150g butter, garlic, parsely and salt and pepper together and set aside.
- Combine stuffing ingredients together in a bowl and bring together.
- (This can be done ahead of time at home and taken to camp in a clip seal bag)
- Add stuffing to the chicken cavity, taking care to fill it completely.
- Using your finger, separate the breast, and stuff with garlic butter.
- Season your chicken generously with salt and pepper an put your chicken on the rotisserie skewer.
- Cook over a low heat for roughly an hour or until chickens are crispy and golden on the outside and serve!
NOTE: BOTTLED RIB SAUCE MAY BE USED BUT HOMEMADE SAUCE WINS EVERY TIME!
